Atoreza 10mg/40 mg 28 tablets

Composition:

Each tablet contains:

Ezetimibe 10mg

Atorvastatin – 40mg

Properties:

Atoresa is a fixed-dose combination of atorvastatin and ezetimibe. Atorvastatin is a third generation hypolipidemic drug from the statin group. Reduces the level of “bad” cholesterol and triglycerides in the blood, while increasing the level of “good” cholesterol (high density lipoprotein or HDL). Ezetimibe lowers blood cholesterol levels by inhibiting the absorption of cholesterol by the small intestine. It lowers total cholesterol, LDL, and triglycerides, and also increases HDL in patients with hypercholesterolemia. The combination of atorvastatin and ezetimibe is effective in improving total cholesterol, LDL, triglycerides, and HDL cholesterol.
